Our
rooms are SMOKE AND PET FREE, please. Small pets can
be accomodated in the efficiency with an additional
security deposit.
There is a 4 person limit per unit (except single rooms,
which have a two person limit), including children over
1 year of age. Additional persons in room are $10/day

In
addition, there is an 12.5% Florida State tax.
WE REQUIRE A 24 HOUR NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS, EXCEPT
